12 sec LS1 Ram towing a 10 sec LS2 Camaro...The Camaro was the inspiration for the project....a daily driven Car that ran mid 10's and got over 20 mpgs

Thanks for joining and posting your pics. We truly are part of a small crowd. I had seen your build a few times, including LSXTV, you did a very nice job. Can you give us a little info on what you did for wiring, tuning and custom parts like exhaust, driveshafts, obviously motor mounts?

I used LS1 s10 conversion motor mounts, chose these because the had adjust ability several ways on them
I used a stock 2001 camaro computer and harness...I did have the VATS deleted from the computer to make sure it didn't lock me out without a security system..
The relay harness was also from a camaro ...a haynes service manual for a camaro helped me trace down the wires to decide what needed power and key on power. fuel pump, and fans are all triggered by the computer, everything is automatic...makes the truck very nice to daily drive
I also used f-body headers, but they were not a direct swap in, I hade to cut and re-angle the collectors..maybe LS chevy truck headers would have worked better..
The driveshaft ironically turned out to be the same length needed as the 1996 transam unit i had laying around
