Ok, now we are back in business. Using postimage.org I can sort of post the way I used to with photosuckit. I can't do albums, though, which is a bummer. Anyway..... I don't have an LS swap going right now, so it's time for some maintenance. I have a 2008 G8 with 160k miles which has been phenomenal, but all stock. So I bought this red 2009 G8 on a whim when I saw it posted on the Florida G8 facebook page last week. I flew to Pensacola and picked it up, drove back overnight, and didn't miss any work. So now I can pull my older G8 apart and do DOD delete and cam, along with new hoses, water pump, belts, pullies, etc. For anyone working on LS engines, the photos and narrative should be helpful. Top end is off. Man, what a difference compared to working on those shitty-ass Magnums. I had the whole top end apart on this 9-year-old car in about an hour. 2000 Durango ZL1 AWD 1999 Dakota R/T 6.0/6l90
