you know this is going to be a really awesome ride scott... wait till you feel the power of that ly6 threw that 6 speed. Man.. I can only imagine. That truck will scream performance. Mopar fans eat your heart out. Oh, my water pump went out the other day... let me tell you what a total PIMA it was to scrap the old gasket off with the atl/ac still bolted on the truck. And that stupid water pump bypass hose or that ever it's called. total pain in the butt. At least having an electric fan saved me a little time. one day i'll drop a lsx into it.

A large number of Magnum Fanbois will start changing their views when more and more LS Dak's make it out in the wild. The same way the 5.0 guys did with putting LS's in Fox Bodies. Looks how easy it is to go 9's these days. They'll come around, some will just have to be drug kicking and screaming.

How is yours going Brian? I know you started the first website, and I had no intention of horning in, but I have kind of taken this from the development perspective. I will show my truck at Bradenton in November, and hopefully hand out a few cards and bring some interest. I also want to run it on the track for advertising. Here is the event www.bradentonmotorsports.com/pages/web%20page_snowbird%202012%20home.htm. I am in need of someone who can cut flat 1/4 inch or 8 mm steel plate on cnc for the brackets and rear disc brake kits I have developed, if anyone has any info. Take care, Scott

Mines running, but down while the suspension and some others bits and pieces or getting powder coated.
No problem, I have the email addresses of a few people who are highly interested in LS conversion mounts. I wanted to get into building them myself, but my current workload just made it impossible. But, glad to see someone else is moving on it. If I do anything in the future, it will be with the Gen 1 SBC stuff.
If there's anything I can do to help, let me know.

Thanks for checking in guys. Truck is waiting for wiring, and I am sending out requests to cnc-machinist companies for the kits that I am developing. I am also looking for another dakota to cut the crossmember out of and fab a new bolt-in crossmember (like a K member), that would include LS motor mounts. This would also be an option for guys who are MOPAR guys that would want the "dreamed about but rarely done" Hemi swap.
